Catering Event Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Thank you for choosing Savannah Caterers for your upcoming event. To ensure a smooth planning process and avoid any misunderstandings, please review our cancellation and deposit policies carefully. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Deposit Requirements:

Deposit Amount: A 50% deposit of the total event cost is required to secure your event date and confirm your booking with us.

Due Date: The deposit is due within 7 days of signing the contract to reserve your event date.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable except under the conditions specified below.

Payment Method: All payments must be completed via bank transfer. You will receive payment details within 24 hours of booking.
2. Final Payment:

The final payment for your catering event is due on the day of delivery of the event.

All payments must be made via bank transfer. If you wish to make any changes to your menu or guest count after this period, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply.
3. Cancellation Policy:

Within 24 Hours of Booking: If you cancel your event within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

More than 28 Days Prior to Event: You may cancel your event and receive a partial refund of 40% of your deposit. The remaining 60% of the deposit will be forfeited.

14 to 28 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your event within 14 to 28 days of the scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 7 Days Before Event: For cancellations made within 7 days of the event, the full amount of the event cost is due, and no refund will be issued.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):

In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent the event from taking place, we will work with you to either reschedule the event or discuss other alternatives. In such cases, no cancellation fee will apply, and we will try to offer you the best possible solution.
5. Agreement to Terms:

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Catering Event Cancellation and Deposit Policies.

Changes to the Terms: Savannah Caterers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided on this page.
